ACS guarantees all custom ACS branded products against defective manufacture, component failure and/or materials for one year from the date of purchase. It would be helpful if you could supply the original invoice number when making a claim under warranty.
Things not covered under warranty are as follows:
- Misuse or accidental damage
- Blockage due to wax or debris in earpiece
- Attempts to rectify by unauthorised persons
- Fee to impression taker when redeeming a voucher
- Postage and packing fee when a voucher is cancelled
- ACS will adjust or remake any earpiece returned due to poor fit within 30 days of purchase
Attenuating filters from the PRO range can also be exchanged once only within 30 days of receipt. Does not apply to the PRO27 filter.
We are only able to cover postage costs of items returned within the UK Mainland.
Our warranty shipping cost only covers shipping within the UK Mainland.
